How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Profile page. Click on 'Manage Subscription' and follow the prompts. You'll retain access to premium features until your current billing period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once any AI generation, content export, download, or audiobook creation has occurred during the current billing period. Chapter credit packs are consumable and non-refundable once any credits from the purchase have been used. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact support within 7 days so we can investigate. Refunds are provided where required by law. How many pages can I create?
Free users get 5 chapter credits to start, plus 5 more every month (resets on the 1st). Creator members get 35 chapter credits per month, and Premium users have unlimited chapters with access to premium templates, AI enhancements, and export options.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use Firebase's secure infrastructure with bank-level encryption. Your books and personal data are never shared with third parties and are always backed up.
Can I export my books?
Yes! Premium users can export books as PDF, EPUB, and Word documents. Free users can export any books they create.
How does the AI content generation work?
Our AI uses advanced language models to help you write, edit, and enhance your content. Free users get 3 AI generations per day, Creator users get 15 per day, and Premium users get 50 per day.
