You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Profile page. Click on 'Manage Subscription' and follow the prompts. You'll retain access to premium features until your current billing period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your account details and reason for the refund request. Most refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.
How many pages can I create?
Free users can create up to 5 chapters per book, Creator members get 35 chapters per month, and Premium users have unlimited chapters with access to premium templates, AI enhancements, and export options.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use Firebase's secure infrastructure with bank-level encryption. Your books and personal data are never shared with third parties and are always backed up.
Can I export my books?
Yes! Premium users can export books as PDF, EPUB, and Word documents. Free users can export books that stay within the 5-chapter limit.
How does the AI content generation work?
Our AI uses advanced language models to help you write, edit, and enhance your content. Free users get 3 AI generations per day, Creator users get 15 per day, and Premium users get 50 per day.
