We do not issue refunds for partial months. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period. If a charge was made in error, contact support within 7 days and we will review it right away.

Deleted projects are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Before deleting, make sure to export any content you want to keep. We recommend exporting important projects as PDF backups for safekeeping.

Currently, you can copy and paste content from Word, Google Docs, or other sources. We preserve basic formatting like bold, italics, and paragraphs. Direct file import for Word (.docx) and Google Docs is coming soon!
